With my quick and easy On-the-Go Breakfast Boats, breakfast time is a breeze again with no messy cleanup afterwards! Having a couple of friends over for Brunch? You can do a Build-Your-Own Breakfast Boat Bar! Set out different ingredients and let them create their own boat! Parents, with summer coming up, this is especially convenient when you have to get the kids to their summer camps or activities! My recipe is simply a template, but you can let your imagination run wild with this one! There is no wrong way to create these!
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Old El Paso® Mini Taco Boats
- 1 roll Breakfast Sausage (any kind)
- 4 Eggs
- 1 pkg. Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Mild or Sharp)
- Preheat Oven to 400°F. In a foil-lined, sprayed pan, arrange the boats into 2 rows of 5. Crumble and Cook the Sausage, Drain. Cook the Eggs Scrambled-Style.
- Layer the Bottom of the Boat with Cheese, followed by the Sausage, Eggs, and more Cheese on Top. Repeat until all boats are full. Place pan in oven to cook for 10 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
