Over the weekend, I had the pleasure of attending the Manstagrammers event hosted by April of The Tipsy Housewife. In addition to meeting some awesome people, we got to make some great dishes and learn some cooking tricks! I along with fellow attendee Alex Jewell created a delicious mixed greens salad, but I didn’t quite know what kind of dressing to make. I just threw some ingredients together and hoped for the best, not thinking it was going to be an absolute hit! It was only right to make a recipe to share with everyone. This vinaigrette makes a great marinade in addition to a salad dressing! It only requires a few ingredients and can be made in 2 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Dill (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. French Mustard
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together. Cover and store in the refrigerator. It will be good up to 4 days.
